花蓮縣卓溪鄉有4名4到7歲的女童，因父母北上工作，託付給爺爺、奶奶照料，但家庭經濟狀況不佳，不僅家徒四壁，甚至連睡覺的彈簧床都沒有，只能用破舊的棉被墊在地上睡覺，處境十分堪憐，卓溪村長高發財盼望能有善心人士伸出援手。
